A project in Kitchener where quality was the priority. The homeowner not only wanted the ductwork completed for the new Legal Basement, but also wanted to relocate many of the existing HVAC.
Many of the existing ductwork by the builder was routed in a way that had too many bulkheads in the middle of the rooms. The gas line was running in front of a new egress window that was opened up for a new bedroom. The HRV was located in an area where a new shower was going.
Along with all the relocation the homeowner wanted a new fireplace added as a centerpiece for the living room.
